Ingredients

  • 4 cod fillets 6–8 oz each
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil or melted butter
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ cup panko breadcrumbs
  • Lemon wedges for serving optional

Instructions

  • Pat the cod fillets dry with paper towels.
  • Mix garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  • Brush the fillets with olive oil or melted butter.
  • Season both sides and coat with panko breadcrumbs.
  • Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
