Ingredients

  • 4 medium Russet or Yukon Gold potatoes
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp chili powder optional
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
  • Parmesan cheese optional

Instructions

  • Wash and cut the potatoes into wedges.
  • Soak in cold water for 20–30 minutes.
  • Drain and pat dry thoroughly.
  • Toss with oil and seasonings.
  • Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  • Cook for 15–20 minutes, flipping halfway.
  • Garnish with parsley or Parmesan and serve.

Notes

  • Soaking the potatoes helps remove excess starch for crispier wedges.
  • Do not overcrowd the air fryer basket.
  • Reheat leftovers at 350°F (175°C) for 5–7 minutes.
