Ingredients

  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 –2 tsp honey optional
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon optional
  • Pinch of salt
  • Ice cubes optional

Instructions

  • Peel and cut the bananas into chunks
  • Add bananas and all ingredients to a blender
  • Blend until smooth and creamy
