For Chole
2cupscooked chickpeas
1onion
2tomatoes
1tbspginger garlic paste
1green chili

For Bhature
2cupsall-purpose flour
2tbspyogurt

baking powder

Instructions
Prepare soft bhature dough and rest for 2 hours.
Cook onion, tomato, and spices for chole masala.
Add chickpeas and simmer until thick.
Roll bhature and fry until puffed and golden.

Notes
For softer bhature, allow the dough to rest properly. Heat the oil first, then lower the flame to medium while frying to prevent burning.
