- 250 grams paneer
- 3 tablespoons thick yogurt
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon ginger-garlic paste
- 1 teaspoon red chili powder
- ½ teaspoon turmeric powder
- ½ teaspoon garam masala
- ½ teaspoon chaat masala
- ½ teaspoon cumin powder
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- Salt to taste
- 1 teaspoon olive oil or avocado oil
Cut paneer into cubes and prepare vegetables if using.
Mix yogurt, lemon juice, ginger-garlic paste, spices, and salt in a bowl.
Coat the paneer in the marinade and let it rest for at least 35 minutes.
Preheat the air fryer to 180°C (356°F).
Arrange the paneer in the air fryer basket without overcrowding.
Cook for 15–20 minutes until slightly crispy and golden.
Serve hot with chutney and lemon wedges.
