Ingredients

  • 250 grams paneer
  • 3 tablespoons thick yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon ginger-garlic paste
  • 1 teaspoon red chili powder
  • ½ teaspoon turmeric powder
  • ½ teaspoon garam masala
  • ½ teaspoon chaat masala
  • ½ teaspoon cumin powder
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil or avocado oil

Instructions

  • Cut paneer into cubes and prepare vegetables if using.
  • Mix yogurt, lemon juice, ginger-garlic paste, spices, and salt in a bowl.
  • Coat the paneer in the marinade and let it rest for at least 35 minutes.
  • Preheat the air fryer to 180°C (356°F).
  • Arrange the paneer in the air fryer basket without overcrowding.
  • Cook for 15–20 minutes until slightly crispy and golden.
  • Serve hot with chutney and lemon wedges.

  • Use firm paneer for best results.
  • Avoid overcooking to keep the paneer soft.
