Ingredients

  • cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 tablespoons cream cheese
  • ¾ cup almond flour
  • 1 large egg
  • ½ teaspoon baking powder
  • Pinch of salt
  • Toppings
  • ¼ cup low-carb pizza sauce
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese
  • Pepperoni or vegetables
  • ½ teaspoon oregano
  • Chili flakes optional

Instructions

  • Step 1
  • Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

  • Add mozzarella cheese and cream cheese to a microwave-safe bowl. Heat for 30–40 seconds until melted, then stir until smooth.
